When you submit a booking request, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Details about your requested visit: service type, date, time, visit length, and number/type of pets
• Your pet's name(s), if you choose to share them
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages from Jinx

We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site. We don't collect any information from visitors who are just browsing without submitting a booking request.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Hold your requested visit time and check it against Jinx's existing schedule
• Send you and Jinx a summary email about your booking request
• Let Jinx contact you — by phone, text, or email — to learn more about your pet(s) and confirm the details, pricing, and logistics of your visit

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Text Messages

If you opt in, Jinx may text you directly from her own phone number about your booking — to ask questions, confirm details, or coordinate scheduling. These are personal messages from Jinx, not automated marketing texts sent through a bulk messaging platform.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by telling Jinx directly (by text, call, or email) that you'd no longer like to be contacted that way. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

Where Your Information Is Stored

Booking information is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Confirmation emails are sent using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). Happy Tails photos are stored using Amazon S3. These are standard cloud infrastructure providers; they do not use your information for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal or tax obligations. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, except where we're required to keep records for legal or tax reasons

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
