First time booking with us? New clients may be asked for a quick 10-minute Meet & Greet before the first visit (this doesn't apply to Theme Park Resort Visits), just so Jinx and your pet(s) can get comfortable with each other. She'll reach out to schedule a time that works for you. If you go ahead and book afterward, a small $10 surcharge for the Meet & Greet's travel and time gets added to your first visit's bill.
